Custom Orders & Returns
All of our products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and details so we can review and resolve the problem.
We are committed to making things right and will work with you to find a solution if an error occurs.
