Terms of service

Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins. Once approval is given, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Payment

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to production. Once production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be eligible for a refund.

Intellectual Property & Artwork Ownership

All original artwork, designs, layouts, mockups, and creative assets created by Seek-N-Destroy LLC remain the intellectual property of Seek-N-Destroy LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Upon full payment, customers are granted a license to use the final approved artwork solely for the purpose for which it was created (e.g., apparel, promotional items, or approved uses).

Ownership of design files, source files, or exclusive rights is not included unless specifically discussed, agreed upon, and paid for separately.

Seek-N-Destroy LLC reserves the right to display completed designs and products in portfolios, marketing materials, and on social media unless otherwise requested in writing prior to production.
