Production Time

Our standard production timeframe is up to two (2) weeks from:

Final artwork approval and Receipt of payment

While most orders are completed sooner, turnaround time may vary depending on:

Order size, Product type, Customization method (DTF, embroidery, laser, etc.), Current production volume

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from production time and varies based on carrier and destination. Estimated shipping timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Local Pickup / Delivery

Local pickup or delivery options may be available upon request. Please contact us directly to coordinate.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved prior to placing your order.
